On the Job Training Curriculum

The Federal Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Nigerian Urban Reproductive Health Initiative (NURHI), other development partners and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)developed the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Curriculum for training health workers on counseling skills services.  This curriculum will improve the technical competence and confidence of health workers and contribute to increased access to quality family planning services provision which will ultimately lead to increased contraceptive prevalence rate (CPR) in Nigeria.
