CLMS Handbook for Clinic Service Providers

The document was designed to improve the record information about movement of health commodities from one point to another; provide information on quantity issued and consumed at all levels of the system; monitor logistics activities of personnel; and document and communicate major findings and recommendations to supeior officers.  The target is to improve access of Nigerians to quality contraceptive commodities.
