72 Hour Clinic Makeover Checklist

The checklist was developed by the Nigerian Urban Reproductive Health Initiative (NURHI) to guide the process of  clinic makeover of any facility within 72 Hours.  It also shows both the demand creation materials,  clinical mateterials, equipments and advocacy efforts that need to be in place before and during the makeover.
